摘要
目的分析舒适护理干预对2型糖尿病患者症状改善的积极作用。方法选取2023年1月—2024年7月建湖县妇幼保健院内科收治的94例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照护理干预方案的不同分为两组,各47例。对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组接受舒适护理干预。比较两组血糖指标、遵医依从性及护理满意度。结果干预后,研究组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组遵医依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者开展舒适护理干预可强化遵医依从性,改善患者血糖指标水平,满意度较高。
Objective To analyze the positive effect of comfort nursing intervention on the improvement of symptoms in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 94 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Internal Medicine of Jianhu County Maternal&Child Health Care Hospital from January 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing intervention schemes,they were divided into two groups,47 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received comfort nursing intervention.The blood glucose indexes,medical compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The medical compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can strengthen compliance with medical compliance,improve the level of blood glucose indicators,and have higher satisfaction.
