摘要
目的探讨益气活血化瘀汤联合达格列净治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2024年1月江陵县中医医院和江陵县秦市乡卫生院联合收治的60例2型糖尿病患者,按照不同的治疗方法分为常规组和探究组,每组30例。常规组应用达格列净治疗,探究组在常规组基础上联合益气活血化瘀汤治疗。比较两组血糖水平、症状积分、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,探究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,探究组多尿、多饮多食、体重减轻以及疲乏无力症状积分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,探究组不良反应发生率略高于常规组,但两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气活血化瘀汤与达格列净联合治疗2型糖尿病在控制血糖和缓解症状方面表现出显著优势,但需注意监测不良反应的发生。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with dagliflozin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in Jiangling County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Jiangling County Qin City Township Health Center from January 2019 to January 2024 were selected and divided into conventional group and exploration group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with dagliflozin,and the exploratoion group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction on the basis of the conventional group.Blood glucose levels,symptom scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the exploration group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,The scores of polyuria,polydipsia,weight loss and fatigue and weakness of symptoms in the exploration group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the exploration group was slightly higher than that in the conventional group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus by Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction and dagliflozin showed significant advantages in controlling blood glucose and relieving symptoms,but attention should be paid to monitoring the occurrence of adverse reactions.
