全球新发再发传染病频发背景下医学微生物学教学改革与思考

Reform in the teaching of medical microbiology under the background of frequent emerging and reemerging infectious diseases worldwide

摘要 新发病原体的频发促进了各国社会医疗体系的进一步完善,使社会医疗成为医疗体系的主导,也为预防医学专业人才培养提出了更高要求。在全球新发再发传染病频发背景下,文章聚焦医学微生物学教学中存在的教材内容滞后、教学方式单一、学生学习态度消极等问题,秉承以学生为本、培养全面发展人才的教学改革理念,整合更新教学内容、创新教学模式及手段、融入情景模拟等实践模式,激发学生学习兴趣、提高学生创新及实践能力,以达到培养适应社会发展与公共卫生事业需要的预防医学人才的目的。 Emerging pathogens,such as novel coronavirus and monkeypox virus,have pushed countries improve their social healthcare systems,and also put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of preventive medicine professionals.The authors identified problems of outdated teaching content,single teaching method,and passive learners in the teaching of medical microbiology,and then conducted student-oriented teaching reform to cultivate all-round talents.Under the background of emerging and reemerging infectious diseases worldwide,the authors updated teaching content,innovated teaching models and methods,and integrated practical models of scenario simulation etc.The teaching reform aims to increase the students’interest,improve their innovation and practical abilities,so that the students can become preventive medicine talents that can meet the needs of social development and public health.
