摘要
目的研究达格列净治疗急性心肌梗死合并2型糖尿病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后的疗效。方法回顾性选取2023年7月—2024年6月在济宁市梁山县中医院接受PCI手术治疗的90例心肌梗死合并2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,按治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组(45例)实施常规的降糖药物治疗,观察组(45例)在常规降糖药物治疗的基础上实施达格列净治疗。比较两组血糖指标与药物不良反应。结果治疗后,两组血糖水平均降低,且观察组空腹血糖、餐后1 h、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组药物不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死合并2型糖尿病患者接受PCI术后,合理应用达格列净能够获得较为理想的控糖效果,有利于其身体快速康复。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of dapagliflozin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with myocardial infarction combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus who received PCI surgery in Jining Liangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2023 to June 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,45 patients in the control group received conventional hypoglycemic drug therapy,and 45 patients in the observation group received dapagliflozin therapy on the basis of conventional hypoglycemic drug therapy.Blood glucose indexes and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood glucose levels of both groups were decreased,and the fasting blood glucose,1-hour and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable application of dapagliflozin can achieve ideal glucose control effect in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus after PCI,which is conducive to their rapid recovery.
