稻麦秸秆源基质及其复配基质对观赏性羽衣甘蓝生长的影响

摘要 为了探究稻麦秸秆源基质在观赏性花卉生产中的应用效果并筛选适宜的基质配方,以羽衣甘蓝为供试花卉,以生产中常用基质(85%草炭基质+7.5%珍珠岩+7.5%蛭石)为对照(CK),将秸秆源基质与珍珠岩、蛭石、椰糠基质、稻壳生物炭等辅料按不同比例复配成5种基质,开展了羽衣甘蓝基质栽培试验,研究了不同配方处理对羽衣甘蓝相关观赏性农艺性状的影响。结果表明:秸秆源基质中添加一定比例辅料,有利于降低基质中碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾养分含量,优化基质持水率、EC值等性状指标;在不同配方处理中,配方5(70%秸秆源基质+7.5%珍珠岩+7.5%蛭石+15%稻壳生物炭)处理的羽衣甘蓝各项观赏性农艺指标表现为最优。综上,稻麦秸秆源基质可应用于羽衣甘蓝基质栽培中,优选配方5在生产中推广应用。 In order to explore the application effect of rice-wheat straw source matrix in ornamental flower production and screen suitable matrix formula,the matrix cultivation experiment of kale was carried out by using kale as the test flower and the commonly used matrix for production(85%peat matrix+7.5%perlite+7.5%vermiculite)as the control(CK),the straw source matrix was mixed with perlite,vermiculite,coconut bran matrix,rice husk biochar and other auxiliary materials in different proportions to form 5 matrix.The effects of different formula treatments on the ornamental agronomic traits of kale were studied.The results showed that adding a certain proportion of auxiliary materials in straw source matrix was beneficial to reducing the content of alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium nutrients in the matrix,and optimizing the matrix water holding capacity,EC value and other traits.Among different formula treatments,formula 5(70%straw source matrix+7.5%perlite+7.5%vermiculite+15%rice husk biochar)treatment had the best performance in ornamental agronomic traits of kale.In conclusion,the rice-wheat straw source matrix can be used in kale matrix cultivation,and the formula 5 can be popularized in production.
