摘要
帘式涂布技术是一种非接触式、适合高速涂布的仿形涂布技术,在乳液压敏胶标签生产中受到广泛应用。在实际生产过程中,由于标签产品性能的需要,压敏胶涂布湿量达30g/m^(2)~60 g/m^(2),容易出现“鞋跟”现象。基于此,以帘式涂布的原理为引导,讨论了从压敏胶涂料固含量、添加微球填料和添加抗高剪切流变助剂三个方面着手解决涂料的帘式高涂布量“鞋跟”问题的方法,得到适当提高涂料固含量到60%以上、增加不超过15%比例微球填料和添加不超过0.6%抗高剪切流变助剂的结果,以期达到提高涂料涂布量的目的。
Curtain coating technology is a non-contact,suitable for high-speed coating imitative coating technology,widely used in the production of pressure-sensitive adhesive labels.In actual production,due to the need of label product performance,the pressuresensitive adhesive coating wet mass up to 30g/m^(2)-60 g/m^(2),it is easy to appear"heel"problem.This article takes the principle of curtain coating as guidance,discusses the methods to solving the"heel"problem in high-coating weight.Thays are improve the paint solid content,adding microbeads fillers and adding anti-high-shear rheology additives.The result shows that increasing the paint solid content up to 60%,or adding no more than 15%proportion of microbeads fillers or adding no more than 0.6%anti-high-shear rheology additives is effective.
