检测H_(2)O_(2)荧光探针的研究进展

摘要 细胞内内源性的H_(2)O_(2)主要是由细胞内的有氧呼吸中通过线粒体电子传递链过程所产生的,它不仅在细胞内的氧化应激反应中扮演着细胞毒物的角色,而且还是重要的信使分子。荧光探针法具有灵敏度和选择性高、响应快、操作简单、生物相容性好、实时成像等优点,使用荧光探针检测与人体许多疾病相关的内源性H_(2)O_(2)仍然是一项基本技术。综述了小分子荧光探针检测H_(2)O_(2)的研究进展。 Endogenous H_(2)O_(2) in cells is mainly produced by the process of mitochondrial electron transfer chain during aerobic respiration in cells.It not only plays the role of cytotoxic agent in oxidative stress in cells,but also is an important messenger molecule.The fluorescence probe method has the advantages of high sensitivity and selectivity,fast response,simple operation,good biocompatibility,and real-time imaging.The use of fluorescence probes to detect endogenous H_(2)O_(2) related to many human diseases is still a basic technology.In this article,the research progress of small molecule fluorescence probes for detecting H_(2)O_(2) was reviewed.
