摘要
针对安徽开发矿业供矿环节现有除尘系统排放浓度达不到特别排放限值的问题,引入袋式除尘技术对除尘系统进行升级改造。通过分析供矿环节生产工艺流程、主要产尘点,结合袋式除尘器工作原理,提出优化改造方案。改造完成后,除尘系统对供矿各环节的除尘效果明显,达到规定的大气污染物排放限值要求,粉尘排放浓度达标率为100%,并且取得了显著的经济效益。实践成果具有推广价值。
In view of the problem that the emission concentration of the existing dust removal system in the ore supply link of Anhui Development Mining Co.,Ltd.can not reach the special emission limit,the bag filter technology is introduced to upgrade the dust removal system.By analyzing the production process flow and main dust production points of the ore supply link,combined with the working principle of the bag filter technology,the optimization and transformation scheme is proposed.After the completion of the transformation,the dust removal system has obvious dust removal effect on each link of the ore supply,which meets the requirements of the specified air pollutant emission limit.The dust emission concentration compliance rate is 100%,and remarkable economic benefits have been achieved.The practical results have promotion value.
