聚氨酯水溶液的合成及其性能研究

摘要 针对传统聚氨酯水溶液稳定性较差的问题,首先通过使用超声波处理淀粉,制备出一种改性淀粉,然后利用丙酮法制备聚氨酯水溶液,最后将改性淀粉与聚氨酯水溶液混合得到了一种新型改性淀粉/聚氨酯水溶液。利用加速沉降实验测定改性淀粉/聚氨酯水溶液的稳定性。结果显示当溶液中异氰酸酯基与羟基物质的量比大于等于3、聚乙二醇分子质量约为400、中和度大于80%以及固含量范围为35%~40%时,溶液的稳定性较好。研究制备的新型材料具有良好的性能,为聚氨酯领域的发展提供了参考。 In response to the problem of poor stability of traditional polyurethane aqueous solutions,a modified starch was first prepared by treating starch with ultrasound.Then,a polyurethane aqueous solution was prepared using acetone method.Finally,a new modified starch/polyurethane aqueous solution was obtained by mixing the modified starch with the polyurethane aqueous solution.Determine the stability of modified starch/polyurethane aqueous solution using accelerated settling experiment.The results showed that when the ratio of isocyanate groups to hydroxyl substances in the solution is greater than or equal to 3,the molecular weight of polyethylene glycol is about400,the neutralization degree is greater than 80%,and the solid content range is 35% to 40%,the stability of the solution is good.The newly developed materials have excellent performance and provide reference for the development of polyurethane field.
