摘要
目的 研究额中线头针提插补法联合针刺蝶腭神经节治疗肺气虚寒型鼻鼽的临床疗效.方法 采用便利抽样法,选取赣州市南康区中医院2023年7月-2023年12月诊治的符合鼻鼽(肺气虚寒型)诊断的50例患者.将50例入组患者使用随机数字表法分为观察组25例和对照组25例.对照组采用额中线头针提插补法进行治疗,观察组采用额中线头针提插补法联合针刺蝶腭神经节进行治疗.两组均每日治疗1次,以6次为1个疗程,共治疗1个疗程后随访,分析两组疗效,对比两组治疗前后鼻部症状、鼻部伴随症状、体征、中医证候积分、生活质量的差异.结果 治疗后,观察组临床总有效率92.00%高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05),观察组鼻部症状、伴随症状及体征评分、中医证候积分、鼻结膜炎的生活质量调查问卷(RQLQ)评分均低于对照组,组间差异比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 肺气虚寒型鼻鼽患者应用额中线头针提插补法联合针刺蝶腭神经节治疗能有效改善鼻部症状、中医证候和生活质量,临床应用效果显著.
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the forehead middle line needle lifting interpolation method combined with acupuncture on the sphenopalatine ganglion in the treatment of nasal depression with lung qi deficiency and cold type.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 50 patients diagnosed with nasal depression(lung qi deficiency cold type)who were treated at the Nankang District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Ganzhou City from July 2023 to December 2023.Fifty enrolled patients were randomly divided into an observation group of 25 cases and a control group of 25 cases using a random number table method.The control group was treated with forehead midline needle insertion method,while the observation group was treated with forehead midline needle insertion method combined with acupuncture on the sphenopalatine ganglion.Both groups were treated once a day,with 6 sessions as one course of treatment.After a total of 1 course of treatment,follow-up was conducted to analyze the efficacy of the two groups and compare the differences in nasal symptoms,accompanying nasal symptoms,signs,Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores,and quality of life before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%higher than that of the control group(68.00%,P<0.05).The scores of nasal symptoms,accompanying symptoms and signs,Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores,and RQLQ(Quality of Life Questionnaire)scores for rhinoconjunctivitis in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the forehead middle line needle lifting and interpolation method combined with acupuncture on the sphenopalatine ganglion can effectively improve nasal symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,and quality of life in patients with lung qi deficiency cold type nasal depression,and the clinical application effect is significant.
