摘要
目的探讨在全科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住培”)医生带教中应用双轨式教学联合情景模拟课程的效果和价值。方法选取2023年1—6月在武汉市第六医院住培的60名2021级全科医学专业的学生为研究对象。利用随机数字表法将学生分为对照组和教改组,各30名。对照组实施传统教学模式,教改组采取双轨式教学联合情景模拟课程进行教学。对比两组教学质量评分,考察学生学习成绩、创新思维、思辨能力,调查学生对教学的总满意度。结果教改组教学质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。教改组学生考核成绩包括理论知识、操作考试和临床综合能力考核得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。教学后,教改组创新思维、思辨能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。教改组学生对教学总满意度为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的70.00%(21/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05)。结论双轨式教学联合情景模拟课程可提高全科住培医生带教教学质量,有助于锻炼学生创新思维、思辨能力,帮助其获得较好的教学成果,并且学生对教学的满意度较高。
Objective To explore the effectiveness and value of applying dual track teaching combined with scenario simulation courses in the teaching of general practitioner training(hereinafter referred to as"standardized training")Methods From January to June 2023,sixty students majoring in general medicine in grade 2021 who were standard-ized training doctors in the Sixth Hospital of Wuhan were selected as the research objects.The students were divided into control group and teaching reform group by random number table method,thirty in each group.The control group implemented the traditional teaching mode,and the teaching reform group adopted the dual-track teaching combined with the scenario simulation course for teaching.The teaching quality scores of the two groups were compared,the stu-dents'academic performance,innovative thinking and critical thinking ability were investigated,and the students'to-tal satisfaction with teaching was investigated.Results The teaching quality scores of the teaching reform group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The examination results of the students in the teaching reform group,including theoretical knowledge,operation examination and clini-cal comprehensive ability examination,were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of innovative thinking and critical thinking ability in the teach-ing reform group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of students in the teaching reform group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than 70.00%(21/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05).Conclusion The dual-track teaching combined with scenario simulation course can improve the teaching quality of general stan-dardized training doctors,help to train students'innovative thinking and critical thinking ability,help them to obtain better teaching results,and students'satisfaction with teaching is high.
