大蒜素对草鱼生长性能、免疫指标、抗氧化指标及体成分的影响

摘要 文章旨在研究大蒜素对草鱼生长性能、免疫指标、抗氧化指标及体成分的影响。试验将600尾初重相近的健康草鱼随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复50尾。对照组草鱼饲喂基础饲料,其余3组草鱼分别饲喂基础饲料+250 mg/kg(试验I组)、500 mg/kg(试验Ⅱ组)、750 mg/kg(试验Ⅲ组)大蒜素的试验饲料。预饲期7 d,试验期60 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组末重显著提高8.59%(P <0.05),增重率显著提高12.37%(P <0.05),饵料系数显著降低10.87%(P <0.05),肥满度显著提高7.69%(P <0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组增重率显著提高7.65%(P <0.05),饵料系数显著降低7.07%(P <0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组碱性磷酸酶活性显著降低(P <0.05),溶菌酶活性、总抗氧化能力、过氧化氢酶活性显著提高(P <0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组碱性磷酸酶活性、丙二醛含量显著降低(P <0.05),溶菌酶活性、总抗氧化能力、过氧化氢酶活性显著提高(P <0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,试验I组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组肌肉中粗蛋白质含量显著提高(P <0.05)。综上所述,饲料中添加适当水平的大蒜素,可提高草鱼生长性能、免疫力、抗氧化能力及肌肉中粗蛋白质含量。在本试验条件下,草鱼饲料中大蒜素的建议添加量为500 mg/kg。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of allicin on growth performance,immune index,antioxidant index and body composition of grass carp.Select 600 healthy grass carp with similar initial weights and randomly divide them into 4 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 50 carp per replicate.The control group of grass carp was fed with basic feed,while the other three groups of grass carp were fed with basic feed+250 mg/kg(experimental group I),500 mg/kg(experimental groupⅡ),and 750mg/kg(experimental groupⅢ)of allicin experimental feed,respectively.Pre trial period of 7 days,trial period of 60 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the final weight of experimental groupⅡsignificantly increased by 8.59%(P<0.05),the weight gain rate significantly increased by 12.37%(P<0.05),the feed coefficient significantly decreased by 10.87%(P<0.05),and the fatness significantly increased by 7.69%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the weight gain rate of experimental groupⅢsignificantly increased by 7.65%(P<0.05),and the feed coefficient significantly decreased by 7.07%(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the alkaline phosphatase activity in experimental groupⅡwas significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the lysozyme activity,total antioxidant capacity,and catalase activity were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the alkaline phosphatase activity and malondialdehyde content in experimental groupⅢwere significantly reduced(P<0.05),while lysozyme activity,total antioxidant capacity,and catalase activity were significantly increased(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the crude protein content in the muscles of experimental groups I,Ⅱ,andⅢwas significantly increased(P<0.05).To sum up,the appropriate level of allicin added to the feed can improve the growth performance,immunity,antioxidant capacity and crude protein content in the muscle of grass carp.Under the conditions of this experiment,the recommended amount of allicin added to grass carp feed is 500 mg/kg.
