紫草治疗过敏性紫癜肾炎的临床应用及药理机制研究进展

Research progress on clinical application and pharmacological mechanism of Arnebiae Radix in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis

摘要 过敏性紫癜肾炎(HSPN)是一种临床常见的继发性肾小球疾病。相较于西医治疗,中医药治疗具有效果显著、副作用小等优势。中医认为瘀热是HSPN的病机关键,多主张采用清热解毒、凉血化瘀药治疗。紫草是一味功善清热解毒、凉血活血及透疹消斑的药物。现代药理研究显示紫草具有调节免疫炎症反应、改善凝血功能障碍及保护肾脏等多重药理作用。目前在紫草治疗HSPN方面暂无全面系统的论述,本文对近10年紫草的临床应用及药理研究文献进行回顾整理,以期对未来研究紫草治疗HSPN提供借鉴。 Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN)is a common secondary glomerular disease.Compared with western medicine treatment,Chinese medicine treatment has the advantages of obvious curative effect and small side effects.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that heat stasis is the key pathogenesis of HSPN,and advocates the use of drugs that heat-clearing and detoxifying,cool blood and remove blood stasis for treatment.Arnebiae Radix is a medicine that is good at heat-clearing and detoxifying,cooling blood and promoting blood circulation,and eliminating spots through rash.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Arnebiae Radix has multiple pharmacological effects,such as regulating immune inflammatory response,improving coagulation dysfunction,and protecting kidney.At present,there is no comprehensive and systematic discussion on the treatment of HSPN by Arnebiae Radix.This article reviews and organizes clinical applications and pharmacological research literature of Arnebiae Radix in the past ten years,in order to provide reference for future research on the treatment of HSPN with Arnebiae Radix.
