摘要
目的探讨时效性激励干预联合核心稳定性训练(CST)对脑梗死后偏瘫患者的具体影响。方法按随机数表法将济南市章丘区中医院2023年4月至2024年2月收治的120例脑梗死后偏瘫患者分成两组,每组60例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组予以时效性激励干预联合CST。对比两组的不良情绪、肢体功能、平衡能力、生活质量。结果干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,FMA、BBS、GQOLI-74各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论时效性激励干预联合CST,可有效减轻脑梗死后偏瘫患者的负性情绪,对肢体功能、平衡能力的改善作用显著,有效提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the specific effects of timely incentive intervention combined with core stability training(CST)on patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.Methods According to the random number table method,120 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to Jinan Zhangqiu District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2023 to February 2024 were divided into two groups,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given timely incentive intervention combined with CST.Compare the negative emotions,limb function,balance ability,and quality of life between two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the scores of FMA,BBS,and GQOLI-74 dimensions were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of timely motivational intervention and CST can alleviate negative emotions,improve limb function and balance ability,and effectively enhance the quality of life of patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.
