摘要
针对油田注水管道手工焊接存在劳动强度高、效率低、成本高、焊接质量难以保证等难题,研发了注水管道全位置自动焊接技术,根据不同的保护气体配比80%Ar+20%CO_(2)、100%CO_(2),对焊材进行选型匹配,进行了2组试件焊接工艺评定试验。结果表明:2组试验焊缝表面外观检查和无损检测均合格,拉伸、弯曲均符合标准规范要求。根据施工现场环境、焊接操作性、焊接成型质量等综合因素考虑,确定了合理的焊接工艺,并在多项工程应用,焊接外观及成型质量好,焊接一次合格率高。
In response to the challenges of high labor intensity,low efficiency,high cost,and difficulty in ensuring welding quality in manual welding of oilfield water injection pipelines,a full position automatic welding technology for water injection pipelines was developed.According to different shielding gas ratios of 80%Ar+20%CO_(2),100%CO_(2),welding materials were selected and matched,and two sets of welding process evaluation tests were conducted on specimens.The results show that the surface appearance inspection and non-destructive testing of the two test welds were qualified,and the tensile and bending requirements met the standard specifications.Based on comprehensive factors such as the construction site environment,welding operability,and welding forming quality,a reasonable welding process was determined.In multiple engineering applications,the welding appearance and forming quality are good,and the first pass rate of welding is high.
