摘要
多环芳烃(PAHs)是已经广泛存在环境和食品等介质中,与我们有着最直接联系的一类致癌、致畸、致突变的持久性有机污染物。由于PAHs载体复杂,基底多变,含量比较低,所以在样品的提取、富集、浓缩、净化前处理过程十分重要,直接影响其是否被检出。本文对PAHs前处理技术进行调研,主要包括传统前处理技术概述和基于传统上的优化,比较各个方法的优缺点,并对PAHs的样品前处理技术发展进行了展望。
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)are a kind of carcinogenic,teratogenic and mutagenic persistent organic pollutants that have widely existed in environmental and food media and have the most direct relationship with us.Because the carrier of PAHs is complex,the substrate is changeable,and the content is relatively low,it is very important in the sample extraction,enrichment,concentration,and pretreatment process before purification,which directly affects whether it is detected.This paper investigates the PAHs pretreatment technology,It mainly includes an overview of traditional pretreatment technology and the advantages and disadvantages of each method based on traditional optimization,and the development of PAHs sample pretreatment technology is prospected.
