摘要
本研究报道了一种水质一体化检测的技术,该技术运用了离子色谱技术,能够一次性鉴别并量化水中的5种关键阴离子——包括高氯酸盐、氟化物、氯化物、硝酸盐及硫酸盐,同时亦能精确捕捉5种常见的消毒副产物——溴酸盐、亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐、二氯乙酸及三氯乙酸,此外,还具备检测环境污染物草甘膦的能力,总计覆盖了11种重要化学物质。以氢氧化钾(KOH)溶液为淋洗液进行梯度洗脱,在流速1 m L·min^(-1),柱温25℃,进样量500μL的条件下,约45 min内实现所有被测化学物质分离。11种化学物质分离度良好,相关系数均≥0.999,方法检出限为0.4μg·L^(-1)~30.9μg·L^(-1)。加标实验结果表明,11种化学物质的平均回收率范围为94.25%~105.76%,相对标准偏差0.08%~4.94%。这一创新方法不仅提升了水质监测的效率与准确性,还为保障饮用水安全提供了强有力的技术支持。
An efficient method using ion chromatography has been developed for the simultaneous determination of 11 types of chemicals in drinking water,including 5 types of anions (perchlorate,fluoride,chloride,nitrate,sulfate),5 types of disinfection by-products (bromate,chlorite,chlorate,dichloroacetic acid,trichloroacetic acid),and glyphosate.Gradient elution was performed using potassium hydroxide (KOH) solution as the eluent.Under the conditions of a flow rate of1 m L·min^(-1),column temperature of 25℃,and injection volume of 500μL,all chemicals tested were separated in about 45 minutes.The separation degree of 11 types of chemical substances is good,and the correlation coefficients are with a value of 0.999 or above.The lower and upper limits of detection for this method range from0.4μg·L^(-1) to 30.9μg·L^(-1).The results of the spiked experiment showed that the average recovery rate of the 11 types of chemical substances ranged from 94.25%to105.76%,with a relative standard deviation of 0.08%to 4.94%.This innovative approach not only improves the efficiency and accuracy of water quality monitoring,but also provides strong technical support for safeguarding the safety of drinking water.
