摘要
目的探讨运动贴扎技术结合治疗性训练在膝骨关节炎(KOA)中的应用效果。方法选择2023年4月至12月门诊与住院部收治的40例KOA患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各20例。对照组采用治疗性训练,试验组采用运动贴扎技术结合治疗性训练。比较两组的病情改善情况、膝关节Lysholm肿胀评分及临床疗效。结果治疗2周后,试验组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨性关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分低于对照组,屈膝关节活动度(ROM)大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,试验组的膝关节Lysholm肿胀评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运动贴扎技术结合治疗性训练用于KOA可促进病情改善,减轻肿胀程度,疗效较佳。
Objective To investigate the application effect of sports taping technique combined with therapeutic training in knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods Forty patients with KOA admitted in the outpatient and inpatient departments from April to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with therapeutic training,and the experimental group was treated with sports taping technique combined with therapeutic training.The improvement of the condition,Lysholm knee swelling score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the Visual Analogue Score(VAS)and the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the knee flexion range of motion(ROM)was greater than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the Lysholm knee swelling score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sports taping technique combined with therapeutic training for KOA can promote the improvement of the disease,reduce the degree of swelling,and has better curative effect.
