摘要
发展新质生产力是在我国经济高质量发展目标下,对生产力要素提出的更高要求的变革,为更好地适应新质生产力对多元化、高素质人才的需求,以新质生产力助推智能制造业高质量发展、加快智能制造产业转型升级,高职院校在加强与企业深度合作的过程中,需构建新质生产力背景下产教融合育人新模式,全面提升人才培养质量,为新质生产力的发展提供强有力的人才支撑。
The development of new quality productivity is a transformation that puts forward higher requirements for productivity elements under the goal of high-quality economic development in China.In order to better adapt to the diversified and high-quality talent needs of new quality productivity,and to promote the high-quality development of intelligent manufacturing industry and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing industry with new quality productivity,vocational colleges need to build a new model of industry education integration and education under the background of new quality productivity,comprehensively improve the quality of talent training,and provide strong talent support for the development of new quality productivity in the process of strengthening deep cooperation with enterprises.
