摘要
油田在开发和运行的过程中,不仅会消耗化石能源,还会产生大量的碳排放。依次对地热资源利用、热泵利用、太阳能光热利用、光伏发电和风力发电利用等多项工艺技术进行了分析,探讨了不同工艺在单位投资成本、单位运行成本和单位碳排放量上的差异性,分析了不同工况下的工艺技术可行性和适用性。结果表明,对于地热资源丰富的地区,可优先利用地热井为站外和站内提供所需热能;对于伴生气和采出水丰富的站场,可优先采用电驱水源热泵工艺;对于小型负荷站场和边零油井,采用空气源热泵的效果较好;电驱水源热泵工艺的单位投资成本最低,为0.17万元/kW;风力发电工艺的单位运行成本最低,为0.44元/(kW·d)。研究结果可为低碳工艺的推广和应用提供实际参考。
In the process of oilfield development and operation,it will not only consume fossil ener-gy,but also will produce a lot of carbon emissions.the process technologies such as geothermal re-sources,heat pump process,solar thermal,photovoltaic power generation and wind power genera-tion are analyzed,and the differences of different processes in unit investment cost,unit operating cost and unit carbon emission are discussed.The feasibility and adaptability of process technology are ana-lyzed under different working conditions.The results show that for the rich areas of geothermal re-source,priority can be given to utilizing geothermal wells outside the station and inside the station to provide the required thermal energy.The stations that are rich in associated gas and produced water can be prioritized to utilize the heat pump process of electric-drive water source,and the air source heat pumps are more effective in view of small load sites and side zero wells.The unit investment cost of the electric-drive water source heat pump process is the lowest,which is 1700 yuan/kW,and the unit operating cost of the wind power generation process is the lowest,which is 0.44 yuan/(kW·d).The research results are expected to provide practical reference for the promotion and application of low-carbon technology.
