摘要
目的:探讨医学信息素养对于省级中医院跨学科医疗团队的合力效用及其应用于临床教育管理的维度差异,可为新时代健康中国格局下的医院团队管理提供有益参考。方法:运用SPSS20.0统计软件,同时采用医学信息素养使用成效问卷及病历核查表对江苏省某三甲中医院的团队成员及病历数据进行横断层面的量性研究。结果:系统品质均分为2.97±0.54,信息品质均分为3.01±0.52,表明跨学科团队成员对医学信息素养的合力效用感到满意;系统认知易用性均分为2.99±0.53,系统认知有用性均分为3.02±0.51,表明医学信息素养系统有助于提升临床工作效率且对病患的康复有所助益;系统的管理维度均为3.06±0.46,表明医学信息素养系统的使用能够提升医疗团队的成效。结论:跨学科团队人员认为医学信息素养系统有着高效能的特性,类属新质生产力的形态,呈现出积极的使用态度与正向的成效运用,同时,医学信息素养对临床教育管理也有所助益,其合力作用与使用感受相辅相成,适时培育信息素养可增进医疗场域的工作效率,更可促进跨学科团队之间的协力合作与提升医院教育管理的质量。
Objective To explore the synergistic effect of medical information literacy on interdisciplinary teams in provincial traditional Chinese medicine hospitals and the dimensional differences in its application in clinical education management,and provide useful scientific reference for hospital team management in the new era of Healthy China.Methods A quantitative cross-sectional survey was conducted on hospital team members and medical record data of a tertiary traditional Chinese medicine hospi-tal in a province in East China by using the Medical Information Literacy Usage Effectiveness Questionnaire and Medical Record Checklist.Results The average system quality score was 2.97±0.54,the average information quality score was 3.01±0.52,the average system cognitive ease of use score was 2.99±0.53,the average system cognitive usefulness score was 3.02±0.51,and the average system management dimensions score was 3.06±0.46.Conclusion Interdisciplinary teams and medical education staff were satisfied with the effectiveness of medical information literacy,which also benefited clinical education management.The syn-ergistic effect of medical information literacy is related to users'experience.Timely cultivation of information literacy can improve the work efficiency in the medical field,promote the collaboration among interdisciplinary teams,and improve the quality of health information education.
