摘要
随着光伏发电成本逐渐降低,装机容量不断上涨,其并网问题也越来越受到关注。针对光伏发电并网系统对DC/DC变换器的需求,以二次型Boost变换器为基础,结合电容升压技术,提出一种同时具有零输入电流纹波、零输出电流纹波、高增益、低开关管电压应力等特性的DC/DC变换器。分析了其4种工作模式的工作模态,推导了电压增益公式与临界模式参数,并与近年来相关学者提出的同类型变换器进行了对比,最后搭建实验样机进行了验证。
With the gradual reduction of the cost of photovoltaic power generation and the continuous increase of installed capacity,the problem of its grid connection has also attracted more and more attention.In order to meet the demand for DC/DC converter in photovoltaic power generation grid-connected system,based on the qua⁃dratic boost converter and combined with the capacitor boost technology,a DC/DC converter with the characteris⁃tics of zero input current ripple,zero output current ripple,high-gain and low-switch tube voltage stress was pro⁃posed.The article analyzed the working states of the four working modes,derived the voltage gain formula and critical mode parameters,and compared them with similar converters proposed by relevant scholars in recent years.Finally,an experimental prototype was built for verification.
