摘要
地方高校在双创人才培养方面存在发展理念、整体设施、人才培养模式落后,高校教师队伍配置不合理,缺乏充足的经费投入,校园生态环境和生源质量有待提高等问题。为了适应人工智能时代和发展新质生产力的要求,必须转变观念,根据自身特点和优势以及所在地区的产业优势,设立适应社会经济发展的新工科专业,建立合理的新工科课程体系,培养教师队伍,保证资金投入来构建人工智能背景下新工科双创人才培养新模式。
The paper analyzes the existing problems in the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local colleges and universities,such as out-dated development concept,the overall facilities and the mode of training talents,the unreasonable allocation of the teaching staff,lack of funds investment,and campus ecological environment and quality of students to be improved.It puts forward the strategies of constructing the new model for the cultivation of new engineering talents under the background of artificial intelligence to meet the requirements of the era of artificial intelligence and the development of new productivity in the aspects of changing their concepts,setting up new engineering majors that adapt to the social and economic development according to their own characteristics and advantages and the industrial advantages of the region,establishing a reasonable curriculum system of the new engineering,training teachers,and ensuring capital investment.
