摘要
为明确外保温措施对大体积UHPC温度应力控制以及材料性能的影响,以佛山顺兴大桥为工程背景,开展了外保温下钢混结合段大体积UHPC温度、蒸汽压监测以及力学性能发展研究。结果表明,外保温条件下钢混段UHPC中心处最高温峰、蒸汽压力分别达到98.9℃、0.24 MPa。外保温形成的自养护条件对UHPC力学性能有明显增强作用,匹配养护3 d抗压强度、抗拉强度即分别达到140.6 MPa、9.6 MPa,明显高于标养28 d水平。微观分析表明,匹配养护下UHPC水化反应主要集中在早期,相较标养呈现出更致密的微观结构特征。
To clarify the effects of external thermal insulation measures on the temperature stress control and material properties of mass UHPC,a study was conducted on the temperature,vapor pressure monitoring,and mechanical properties development of mass UHPC in the steel-concrete composite segment under external thermal insulation,with Foshan Shunxing Bridge as the engineering background.The results show that the maximum temperature peak and steam pressure at the center of the UHPC in the steel-concrete segment reach 98.9℃and 0.24 MPa,respectively.The self-curing conditions formed by external insulation can significantly enhance the mechanical properties of UHPC.The compressive strength and tensile strength of matching curing for 3 days respectively reach 140.6 MPa and 9.6 MPa,which are significantly higher than the standard level for 28 days.Microscopic analysis shows that the UHPC hydration reaction under matching conservation is mainly concentrated in the early stage,exhibiting a denser microstructure compared to standard curing.
