摘要
目的:探讨中药房调剂质量监管对中药处方的合理性与临床用药安全性的影响。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月于莱西市卫生健康局城区公共卫生与计划生育管理所采用中药治疗的患者50例与工作人员10名作为传统药房管理组,选取2022年7月—2023年7月采用中药治疗的患者50例与工作人员10名作为调剂质量监管组。传统药房管理组实施常规管理,调剂质量监管组实施中药房调剂质量监管。比较两组管理效果。结果:调剂质量监管组中药饮片不合理处方总发生率、中成药不合理处方总发生率、不良反应发生率、医疗投诉率低于传统药房管理组(P<0.05)。调剂质量监管组沟通技巧、服务意识、基本知识评分,用药满意度高于传统药房管理组(P<0.05)。结论:中药房调剂质量监管可以提高中药处方的合理性,减少不合理处方以及患者不良反应发生风险,降低医疗投诉率,提高患者满意度。
Objective:To explore the influence of dispensing quality supervision in TCM pharmacy on rationality of TCM prescription and clinical medication safety.Methods:Fifty patients who received TCM treatment in Laixi City Health Bureau Urban Public Health and Family Planning Administration from June 2021 to June 2022 and ten staff were selected as the traditional pharmacy management group,and fifty patients who received TCM treatment from July 2022 to July 2023 and ten staff were selected as dispensing quality supervision group.The traditional pharmacy management group implemented routine management,and the dispensing quality supervision group implemented the dispensing quality supervision in TCM pharmacy.The management effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of irrational prescription of Chinese herbal decoction pieces,the total incidence of irrational prescription of Chinese patent medicine,the incidence of adverse reactions and the rate of medical complaints in the dispensing quality supervision group were lower than those in the traditional pharmacy management group(P<0.05).The scores of communication skills,service awareness and basic knowledge,as well as medication satisfaction,in the dispensing quality supervision group were higher than those in the traditional pharmacy management group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The dispensing quality supervision in TCM pharmacy can improve the rationality of TCM prescription,reduce the irrational prescription and adverse reaction risks of patients,decrease the rate of medical complaints,and improve patient's satisfaction.
