摘要
黄曲霉毒素中毒是由黄曲霉毒素引起的疾病,具有传染性,会引起鸡群组织器官受损、免疫抑制、生长缓慢,甚至死亡,给养禽业带来巨大的经济损失。本文主要围绕黄曲霉毒素的理化特性、来源、危害以及黄曲霉毒素中毒诊断、检测和防治措施等方面来进行介绍,以期为该病的诊断及防治提供参考。
Chicken aflatoxin poisoning is a fungal disease caused by feed mold in chicken production.This disease is infectious and can cause symptoms such as tissue damage,immune suppression,slow growth,and even teratogenicity and cancer in chicken flocks,causing huge economic losses to the global poultry industry.This article mainly focuses on the physicochemical characteristics,sources,hazards of aflatoxin,as well as the diagnosis,detection,and prevention measures of chicken aflatoxin poisoning.It can provide reference for the diagnosis and prevention of this disease.
