摘要
蒲葵子具有活血化瘀、软坚散结等功效,其内含的香豆素成分在医药、香料及化工等领域具有广泛的应用价值。为提高蒲葵子中香豆素的提取率,采用传统的考察方法无法全面考虑影响因素之间的相互作用,文章基于非线性模型求得高精度的回归方程的响应面优化法进行合理预测,来找出最优工艺条件。通过响应面优化法建立了蒲葵子中香豆素的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1:30,超声时间22 min,50%的乙醇浓度,蒲葵子中香豆素的提取率为5.43%,优化后的提取条件,可以显著提高香豆素的提取率,并提高实验的可重复性和准确性,减少能源消耗、降低生产成本,并提高产品质量。
In order to improve the extraction rate of coumarin from palmetto seeds,the interaction between influencing factors cannot be fully considered by the traditional investigation method,so the response surface optimization method based on the nonlinear model to obtain the high-precision regression equation is reasonably predicted to find out the optimal process conditions.The optimal process conditions for coumarin in palmetto seeds were established by response surface optimization method:solid-liquid ratio of 1:30,ultrasonic time of 22 min,ethanol concentration of 50%,and the extraction rate of coumarin in palmetto seeds was 5.43%,and the optimized extraction conditions could significantly improve the extraction rate of coumarin,improve the reproducibility and accuracy of the experiment,reduce energy consumption,reduce production costs,and improve product quality.
