摘要
双碳背景下,水热碳化技术作为一种环保、高效、经济的污泥处理和能源回收方法,符合国家绿色低碳的发展目标。为了探究反应时间对污泥水热碳化效果的影响,本文以北方典型污泥和南方典型污泥为研究对象,考察反应时间对污泥水热碳化处理效果的影响;污泥水热碳化会产生滤液和生物炭,分析了滤液的pH、体积和水质参数以及生物炭的热力参数、元素组成等的变化规律,并采用SEM、BET和TG-DSC等手段分析了污泥及生物炭的结构性能。结果表明:随着反应时间的延长,污泥水热碳化反应更加充分,产生的滤液pH升高、体积增大,COD(化学需氧量)先升高后降低,氨氮、磷酸盐和总氮浓度升高;生物炭的有机质、挥发分、固定碳含量和热值下降,灰分含量上升;C、H、O、N含量下降,P、K含量升高,碳氢比和碳氧比增大;生物炭表面粗糙,呈多孔结构,且有2个放热峰,经硫酸催化的生物炭热解性能最佳。综合考虑能耗和处理效果,北方污泥水热碳化时间取3h、南方污泥水热碳化时间取4h为宜。
Under the dual carbon background,hydrothermal carbonization technology,as an environmentally friendly,efficient,and economical sludge treatment and energy recovery method,conforms to the national trend goal of green and low-carbon development.In order to explore the influence of reaction time on the hydrothermal carbonization effect of sludge,this paper took typical sludge from the north and south as the research objects,and examined the influence of reaction time on the hydrothermal carbonization treatment effect of sludge;The hydrothermal carbonization of sludge produced filtrate and biochar,and the changes in pH,volume,water quality parameters of the filtrate,as well as the thermal parameters and elemental composition of biochar,were analyzed.SEM,BET,TG-DSC and other methods were used to analyze the structural properties of sludge and biochar.The results show that with the extension of reaction time,the hydrothermal carbonization reaction of sludge became more complete,and the pH and volume of the resulting filtrate increased.COD(chemical oxygen demand)first increased and then decreased,and the concentrations of ammonia nitrogen,phosphate,and total nitrogen increased;The organic matter content,volatile matter content,fixed carbon content,and calorific value of biochar decrease,while the ash content increases;The content of C,H,O,and N decreases,the content of P and K increases,and the carbon hydrogen ratio and carbon oxygen ratio increase;The surface of biochar is rough,with a porous structure,and biochar has two exothermic peaks.The sulfuric acid catalyzed biochar has the best pyrolysis performance.Taking into account both energy consumption and treatment efficiency,it is advisable to take 3 hours for the hydrothermal carbonization of sludge in the north and 4 hours for the hydrothermal carbonization of sludge in the south.
