摘要
随着宏观环境和微观环境的不断变化,企业的经营无可避免面临着企业财务风险,影响着企业持续发展。无论从理论还是从实践来看,企业财务风险管理的研究都具有重要意义。通过雷达图分析法的运用,对W房地产公司2017年—2021年期间的财务数据进行分析,并对W房地产公司财务风险进行识别和评价。由此得出结论:从企业的收益性、成长性、生产性、安全性和流动性五个方面,也可以更加全面深入地分析企业的财务风险,并提出企业的财务风险防控相应措施,这为企业财务风险管理提供有益的借鉴。
with the continuous change of the macro environment and the micro environment,the operation of enterprises is inevitably facing the enterprise financial risk,which affects the sustainable development of the enterprise.Both from theory and practice,the research of enterprise financial risk management is of great significance.Through the application of radar chart analysis method,this paper analyzes the financial data of W Real Estate Company from 2017 to 2021,and identifies and evalu⁃ates its financial risk.The conclusion is that from the five aspects of profitability,growth,productivity,safety and liquidity,we can also analyze the financial risks of enterprises more comprehensively and deeply,and put forward the corresponding measures of financial risk prevention and control of enterprises,which provides a useful reference to the financial risk management of en⁃terprises.
