认知行为护理联合赋能理论干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的效果分析

Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Nursing Combined with Empowerment Theory Intervention in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的分析认知行为护理联合赋能理论干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的效果。方法选取2023年1—12月福州市第二总医院妇幼保健院收治的80例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照护理方法的不同将患者分为对照组(40例,常规护理干预)和研究组(40例,认知行为护理联合赋能理论干预)。比较两组血糖指标、自我管理行为评分、焦虑及抑郁评分、护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,研究组自我管理行为评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组焦虑及抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知行为护理联合赋能理论干预可以改善妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖水平,提高自我管理行为,改善不良情绪,护理满意度更高。 Objective To analyze the effect of cognitive behavioral nursing combined with empowerment theory intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Fuzhou Second General Hospital Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group(40 cases,routine nursing intervention)and study group(40 cases,cognitive behavioral nursing combined with empowerment theory intervention).The blood glucose indexes,self-management behavior score,anxiety and depression score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the self-management behavior score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral nursing combined with empowerment theory intervention can improve the blood glucose level of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,improve self-management behavior,improve bad mood,and have higher nursing satisfaction.
