摘要
不同于中医内科,中医外科有独特的理论体系和辨证思维模式,包括辨证首辨阴阳、相对于辨证更重视辨病、相对于整体辨证更重视局部辨证以及灵活运用外治法、疾病的不同发展阶段分期论治等。中医特色住院医师规范化培训(简称“规培”)模式还处于不断探索阶段,对于如何培养规培学生的中医外科临床思维能力,此文主要做了以下几方面的探讨。首先,带教老师要以身作则,提高临床辨证思维能力;其次,跟名师、读经典,培养规培学生的动手能力;最后,注重提高非中医外科专业学生的学习热情。
Different from internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,surgery of traditional Chinese medicine has its own theoretical system and dialectical thinking mode.Including differentiation of syndromes begins with yin and yang,prioritize disease differentiation above syndrome differentiation,prioritize the holistic syndrome differentiation above Local syndrome differentiation,and play with external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and treatment by stage of disease development.The standardized training model of residents with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics is still in the stage of continuous exploration.How to cultivate the clinical thinking ability of standardized training students of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine.Firstly,the teachers should take personal responsibility to improve their clinical dialectical thinking ability.Secondly,following the great teacher and reading classics to train students’handling ability.Finally,improving the learning enthusiasm of non-traditional Chinese medicine surgery students.
