地铁盾构隧道掘进稳定性控制创新技术研究

摘要 目前地铁盾构掘进期间对于沉降和变形的控制,常规技术路线多为根据现场实测数据,采取调整掘进参数、洞内注浆、洞外注浆等措施进行处理,是沉降发生后的被动处理措施,存在滞后效应。基于寻找一种解决滞后沉降影响的办法,进一步完善现有盾构施工掘进技术思路,确保施工安全,依托长春地铁6号线欧亚卖场站至飞跃广场站区间盾构隧道下穿公路隧道、既有铁路双层叠落区工程,开展技术攻关和研究。采用理论分析、预测模型搭建与训练和现场验证相结合的方法,研究地铁盾构近距离穿越双层叠落区段敏感结构变形控制关键技术,取得主要成果如下:构建基于改进粒子群优化的支持向量回归(IPSO-SVR)预测模型,为沉降预控提供理论依据,开发了盾构掘进参数动态调整优化系统并取得软著授权,实现盾构参数最优组合,盾构掘进对周边构筑物的影响降至最低;创新提出“Y”字型隧道注浆技术,提高了叠落区地层注浆效果并获得发明专利。 At present,for the control of settlement and deformation during shield tunneling in metro,the conventional technical routes are mostly based on the field measured data to take measures such as adjusting the tunneling parameters,grouting inside the tunnel,and grouting outside the tunnel,which is a passive treatment measure after settlement,and there is a lag effect.Based on finding a way to solve the lag settlement,and further improve the existing shield tunneling technology ideas to ensure the safety of construction,this paper relies on the shield tunnel passing through the highway tunnel and the existing railway double-layer overlap area project in the section from Eurasia Shopping Mall Station to Feiyue Square Station of Changchun Metro Line 6 to carry out technological breakthroughs and research.By combining methods of theoretical analysis,prediction model building,training and field verification,the sensitive structures deformation control key techniques during the subway shield tunneling double-layered area at close range are studied.The main achievements are as follows:a prediction model based on improved particle swarm optimization support vector regression(IPSO-SVR)is constructed to provide a theoretical basis for the pre-control of settlement.The dynamic adjustment and optimization system for shield tunneling parameters has been developed and software copyright authorization has been obtained to achieve the optimal combination of shield tunneling parameters and minimize the impact of shield tunneling on surrounding structures.The innovative Y-shaped tunnel grouting technology is proposed,which has improved the grouting effect in double-layer overlap area and obtained an invention patent.
