摘要
本文采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对高大复杂断面上横梁的分层施工过程进行了详尽的数值模拟和分析。随着桥梁工程的日益发展,高大复杂断面的上横梁结构在施工过程中面临着诸多挑战,如应力集中和变形控制等。因此,通过有限元分析对施工过程进行模拟,对于预测和评估结构的力学响应、优化施工方案以及确保施工安全具有重要意义。在研究中,首先根据上横梁及支架的实际尺寸、材料属性和施工条件,在ANSYS软件中建立了三维有限元模型。模型考虑了横梁的几何形状、材料特性、边界条件以及分层施工过程中的加载方式和施工顺序。通过模拟分层施工过程中的各个阶段,获得了上横梁在每一步施工中的应力分布、变形情况以及结构的稳定性。分析结果显示,高大复杂断面的上横梁在分层施工过程中,应力分布呈现出一定的规律性和复杂性。随着施工阶段的推进,应力逐渐累积,但在各个施工阶段均保持在安全范围内。同时,通过合理的施工方案和措施,可以有效控制横梁的变形量,保证结构的稳定性和施工质量。
In this paper,the ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to simulate and analyze the layered construction process of high and complex cross beams in detail.With the development of bridge engineering,the high and complex cross beam structure faces many challenges in the construction process,such as stress concentration and deformation control.Therefore,the simulation of the construction process through finite element analysis is of great significance for predicting and evaluating the mechanical response of the structure,optimizing the construction scheme and ensuring the construction safety.In the study,we first set up a 3D finite element model in ANSYS software according to the actual size,material properties and construction conditions of the upper beam and support.The model takes into account the geometry,material properties,boundary conditions,loading methods and construction sequence of the beam during layered construction.The stress distribution,deformation and structural stability of the upper beam in each step of construction are obtained by simulating each stage of layered construction.The analysis results show that the stress distribution of the upper beam with high and complex section shows some regularity and complexity in the process of layering construction.As the construction phase progresses,the stress gradually accumulates,but it is kept within the safe range in each construction phase.At the same time,through reasonable construction schemes and measures,the deformation of the beam can be effectively controlled to ensure the stability of the structure and construction quality.
