摘要
目的:分析腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月于麻城市人民医院进行治疗的子宫肌瘤患者80例,采用计算机随机数字列表法分为开腹组与腹腔镜组,各40例。开腹组采用常规开腹手术治疗,腹腔镜组采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗。比较两组临床治疗有效率、手术相关指标及术后复发率。结果:腹腔镜组临床治疗有效率高于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);腹腔镜组住院时间、术后肛门排气时间均短于开腹组,术中出血量少于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);腹腔镜组术后总复发率低于开腹组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。结论:腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果显著,能够显著改善患者的手术相关指标,促进患者术后快速康复,降低术后复发率。
Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods:Eighty cases of patients with uterine fibroids who were treated in Macheng People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the open group and laparoscopic group,each with forty cases,using the computer random number list method.The open group was treated with conventional open surgery,and the laparoscopic group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.The clinical treatment efficiency,surgery-related indexes and postoperative recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical treatment efficiency of the laparoscopic group was higher than that of the open group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);the length of hospital stay and postoperative anal exhaustion time of the laparoscopic group were shorter than that of the open group,and the intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the open group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the total postoperative recurrence rate of the laparoscopic group was lower than that of the open group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).Conclusion:Laparoscopic myomectomy for the treatment of uterine fibroids is clinically effective and can significantly improve the surgery-related indexes of the patients,promote the rapid recovery of the patients after surgery,and reduce the postoperative recurrence rate.
