摘要
森林作为人类不可或缺的生态资源,具有巨大的发展潜力,数字经济可以从不同维度影响森林生态产品价值实现。基于中国30个省份2011—2022年的省级面板数据,文章通过构建数字经济发展评价指标体系,运用双向固定效应模型量化分析数字经济发展对森林生态产品价值实现的影响及其作用机制,结果表明:(1)森林生态产品总值指数在东部、中部和西部地区呈逐期上升形势,中国森林生态产品价值实现还有提升空间;(2)数字经济对森林生态产品价值实现的影响正向且显著,在逐步加入控制变量与进行双向固定效应检验后,结果依然成立;(3)异质性分析发现,数字经济可以显著影响东部、中部和西部地区的森林生态产品价值实现,影响系数分别为0.1478、0.1416和0.5884,对东北地区的影响不明显。此外,对森林资源丰富度进行组合分类异质性分析,均通过检验。文章创新性地从产权理论视角来分析森林生态产品价值实现中数字经济的作用机制,并构建价值核算体系,拓展了相关研究。基于研究结果与讨论,文章提出要坚持绿色生态政策,深化“两山”理念实践;加速森林生态产品价值的数字化转型;依托森林资源促进区域协调发展。
Forests,as an indispensable ecological resource for human being,have enormous development potential.Digital economy can affect the value realization of forest ecological products from different dimensions.Based on panel data of 30 provinces from 2011 to 2022 at the provincial level in China,this paper constructed an evaluation index system for the development of digital economy,and used a two-way fixed effects model to quantitatively analyze the impact and mechanism of digital economy development on the value realization of forest ecological products.The results showed that:(1)The total value index of forest ecological products showed a gradual upward trend in the eastern,central and western regions,and there was still room for improvement in the value realization of forest ecological products nationwide.(2)The impact of digital economy on the value realization of forest ecological products was positive and significant,and the results still held true after gradually adding control variables and conducting a two-way fixed effects test.(3)Heterogeneity analysis found that digital economy could significantly affect the value realization of forest ecological products in the eastern,central and western regions,with impact coefficients of 0.1478,0.1416 and 0.5884,respectively.While the impact on Northeast China was not significant.In addition,the heterogeneity analysis of forest resource richness through combination classification had passed the test.This paper innovatively analyzed the mechanism of digital economy in realizing the value of forest ecological products through the perspective of property rights theory,and established a value accounting system,thereby expanded relevant research.Based on the findings and discussion,the article advocated adhering to green ecological policies,deepening the practice of the"Two Mountains"concept,accelerating the digital transformation of forest ecological products value,and promoting coordinated regional development relying on forest resources.
