摘要
万寿菊中含有脂质类、酚酸类、生物碱、氨基酸及其衍生物和黄酮类等多种活性物质。万寿菊及其提取物在畜牧生产中具有抗氧化、生产功能性食品等生物功效,具有改善动物体色和消化的作用,提高机体免疫力和生产性能以及改善畜产品品质等重要作用。文章将对万寿菊及其提取物在畜牧生产中的应用进行综述,旨在为万寿菊及其提取物的进一步开发利用提供参考依据。
Marigold included many active substances such as lipids,phenolic acids,alkaloids,amino acids and their derivatives.Marigold plays an important role in animal husbandry production.Furthermore,it was with the capacity of anti-oxidation,produced functional food,improved animal body color,digestion,immunity,production performance,and the quality of animal products.This paper reviewed the application of marigold and its extracts in animal husbandry to provide reference for the further development and utilization of chrysanthemum meal.
