摘要
随着叶片向大型化、轻量化发展,以及风电机组度电成本的降低,百米级叶片已成为风电市场的主流产品,对制造风电叶片的复合材料提出了更高的要求。为此探讨百米级风电叶片用各种聚合物泡沫芯材的使用性能,研究3种典型聚合物泡沫芯材的微观结构、化学成分、力学性能,以及灌注树脂后芯材的力学性能。
With the development of large-scale and lightweight blades,as well as the reduction of the electricity cost of wind turbine units,100-meter blades have become the mainstream product in the wind power market,which puts higher demands on the composite materials used in the manufacturing of wind turbine blades.The performance of various polymer foam core materials for 100-meter wind turbine blades is discussed.The microstructure,chemical composition and mechanical properties of three typical polymer foam core materials,as well as the mechanical properties of core materials after resin injection are studied.
