燃气热水器控制模块可靠性实验模型研究

摘要 基于MFOP可靠性指标对燃气热水器电脑板进行可靠性设计仿真及实验研究,通过对燃气热水器电脑板可靠性指标现状调研分析,制定燃气热水器电脑板MFOP可靠性实验研究方案。在可靠性实验研究基础上,针对不同的可靠性加速实验选择不同的加速实验模型,获取不同应力下的多样本加速实验数据。采用威布尔分布拟合各个应力下的寿命分布,确定分布参数,根据加速模型拟合相关参数,最终实现基于竞争失效模型的多失效模式寿命评估,为后续燃气热水器电脑板可靠性设计提供理论指导。 Based on MFOP reliability index for gas water heater computer board has carried on the simulation and experimental research of reliability design,through to the water heater burning gas computer board can be based on MFOP reliability index for gas water heater computer board has carried on the simulation and experimental research of reliability design,through the investigation about the present situation of water heater burning gas computer board reliability index analysis,formulate the MFOP reliability experimental study scheme for computer board of gas water heater.Based on the reliability experimental study,different acceleration experimental models were selected for different reliability acceleration experiments,and various acceleration test data under different stresses were obtained.Weibull distribution was used to fit the life distribution under various stresses,and distribution parameters were determined,and relevant parameters were fitted according to the acceleration model.Finally,the multi-failure mode life assessment based on competitive failure model is realized,which provides theoretical guidance for the reliability design of computer board of gas water heater.
