吸油烟机风机架挂钩孔开裂原因分析及优化

Analysis of the causes for crack in the hanging hook holes of range hood fan frames and optimization strategies

摘要 吸油烟机作为厨房中频繁使用的电器,其安装的稳固性尤为关键。通过研究新产品的试用反馈中发现的风机架挂钩孔开裂问题,探究制造工艺中存在的缺陷根源,以吸油烟机的关键组件中风机架的挂钩孔为研究对象,设计不同挂钩孔结构对该电器安装效能的影响,分析市场上四种典型的吸油烟机风机架挂钩孔结构类型,仿真对比分析四种结构在最大应力值及最大应力集中区域上的差异。采用电子万能材料试验机,检测不同结构的挂钩孔的极限承载力,获取其的承重极限值及挂钩孔的变形形态。结果表明:综合考虑强度最优、应力分布最均匀,结构C、D方案的挂钩孔上侧安装接触位置发变形程度较轻,在挂钩孔的安装接触位置增加了压筋工艺,提升了挂钩孔强度。 As a frequently used appliance in the kitchen,the stability of the range hood installation is particularly crucial.By studying the cracking problem of the fan frame hook hole discovered in the trial feedback of new products,exploring the root causes of defects in the manufacturing process,taking the hook hole of the fan frame in the key component of the range hood as the research object,designing different hook hole structures to affect the installation efficiency of the electrical appliance,analyzing four typical types of fan frame hook hole structures in the market,and simulating and comparing the differences between the four structures in the maximum stress value and maximum stress concentration area.Using an electronic universal material testing machine,the ultimate bearing capacity of hook holes with different structures is tested to obtain their load-bearing limit values and deformation forms of the hook holes.The results show that considering the optimal strength and the most uniform stress distribution,the deformation degree of the upper installation contact position of the hook hole in structure C and D schemes is relatively light.The addition of reinforcement technology at the installation contact position of the hook hole improves the strength of the hook hole.
