负荷深呼吸训练联合中等强度四肢联动训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者心、肺功能及运动耐力的影响

摘要 目的探讨负荷深呼吸训练联合中等强度四肢联动训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者心、肺功能及运动耐力的影响。方法选取2021年8月—2023年8月苏州市立医院收治的80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上采用负荷深呼吸训练联合中等强度四肢联动训练干预。比较两组的肺功能、心功能、运动耐力、生活质量。结果干预前,两组肺功能、心功能、运动耐力、生活质量比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)均大于对照组,FEV1/FVC、心室射血分数、心脏指数、每搏输出量均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组6分钟步行距离为(308.51±31.24)m,长于对照组的(263.42±27.31)m,慢阻肺患者自我评估测试评分为(18.05±2.14)分,低于对照组的(21.38±2.35)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论负荷深呼吸训练联合中等强度四肢联动训练可改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者心、肺功能,增强运动耐力,提高生活质量。 Objective Explore the impact of load deep breathing training combined with moderate-intensity limb linkage training on the heart and lung functions and exercise endurance of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Eighty patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to Suzhou Municipal Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional intervention,the observation group received load deep breathing training combined with moderate-intensity limb linkage training intervention on the basis of the control group.The lung function,heart function,exercise endurance and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,the lung function,heart function,exercise endurance and quality of life of the two groups were compared,and the differences between the groups were no statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)were greater than those in the control group,FEV1/FVC,ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac index,and stroke volume in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the 6-minute walk distance of the observation group was(308.51±31.24)m,which was longer than(263.42±27.31)m of the control group,the score of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test was(18.05±2.14)points,which was lower than(21.38±2.35)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Load deep breathing training combined with moderate-intensity limb linkage training can improve the heart and lung functions of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,enhance exercise endurance and improve the quality of life.
