高效液相色谱-串联质谱法在农药检测中的应用

摘要 用GB 23200.121—2021《食品安全国家标准植物源性食品中331种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定液相色谱-质谱联用法》中方法,绘制标准工作曲线,得到的部分农药相关系数R值达不到0.995。通过实验发现,选择合适的浓度点、正确的离子对和电压值可以使标准工作曲线的相关系数R值达到0.9999或更高。 In GB 23200.121-2021"National food safety standard determination of 33l pesticides and metabolites residues in foods of plant origin liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method",a standard working curve is plotted,and the correlation coefficient R value of some pesticides does not reach 0.995.Through experiments,it was found that selecting appropriate concentration points,correct ion pairs,and voltage values can achieve a correlation coefficient R value of 0.9999 or higher for the standard working curve.
