摘要
轴流式调节阀是燃气输配系统核心的调流调压设备。其流道优劣直接影响调流调压性能。根据流道的组成,提出了一种“递进式”设计方法,实现了流道由模糊到清晰的设计。最后,利用该方法对RZT系列第一代产品的流道进行优化,再利用CFD仿真分析工具,对优化前后流道的性能进行对比,验证了该方法的合理性。
Axial flow regulating valve is the core flow and pressure control equipment in gas transmission and distribution system.Its flow channel quality directly affects the flow and pressure control performance.Based on the composition of the flow channel,this paper proposes a"progressive"design method to achieve the design of a flow channel from fuzzy to clear.Finally,the flow channel of the RZT series first generation products was optimized using this method,and the performance of the flow channel before and after optimization was compared using CFD simulation analysis tools to verify the rationality of this method.
