电能质量监测系统通信闪断问题分析与解决方案

摘要 文章从一套监测系统通信频繁闪断、丢包的故障现象出发,系统地描述了如何通过抓取数据包、比对报文,分析该系统受网络架构局限和高压线路干扰的故障原因,同时提出优化系统网络架构、采取抗干扰措施的解决方案,并跟踪解决方案落实后的成效。通过将通信回路中的串口服务器更换为通信管理机,提前进行数据处理,以提高通信质量,从而消除智能表计通信闪断故障,可为类似故障处理提供参考。 Starting from the fault phenomenon of frequent communication interruption and packet loss in a monitoring system,this paper systematically describes how to analyze the fault causes of the system due to the limitation of network architecture and the interference of high-voltage lines by grabbing data packets and comparing messages,and puts forward solutions to optimize the system network architecture and take anti-interference measures,and tracks the results after the implementation of the solutions.By replacing the serial port server in the communication loop with the communication management machine,the data processing is carried out in advance,which improves the communication quality,thus eliminating the communication flash fault of the intelligent meter,which can provide reference for similar fault treatment.
