摘要
与传统现浇混凝土箱梁相比,预制拼装混凝土节段箱梁具有施工速度快、施工质量好、对周边环境及现有交通影响小等优点,近年来得到了广泛的应用。混凝土节段箱梁常常采用一体化架桥机进行逐跨拼装施工,拼装过程中临时墩梁固结解除和预应力张拉顺序的不同会产生不同的结构约束条件。文章通过一座采用逐跨拼装施工、基本跨径组合为3×32 m的预应力混凝土节段箱梁设计实例,分别探讨了可能的5种施工约束条件对混凝土节段箱梁受力的影响,找出了合理的约束条件。并提出在混凝土节段箱梁逐跨施工过程中,应严格按照设计的约束条件进行施工,使梁体实际受力状态与设计相符,保证结构安全性。
Compared with traditional cast-inplace concrete box girders,precast assembled concrete segmental box girders have the advantages of fast construction speed,good construction quality,and minimal impact on the surrounding environment and existing traffic.In recent years,they have been widely used.Concrete segmental box girders are often constructed using an integrated bridge erecting machine for span by span assembly.During the assembly process,the different consolidation and prestressed sequences of temporary pier beams will result in different structural constraints.The article explores the effects of 5 possible construction constraints on the stress of a prestressed concrete segmental box girder using a span by span assembly construction and a basic span combination of 3×32 m,and identifies reasonable constraints.And it is proposed that during the construction process of concrete segmental box girders,construction should be strictly carried out in accordance with the design constraints,so that the actual stress state of the beam body is consistent with the design,ensuring structural safety.
