新形势下国家农业科学观测实验站建设运行的实践与思考——以国家植物保护保定观测实验站为例

摘要 国家农业科学观测实验站是我国农业科技创新体系的重要组成部分,是推进农业科技创新的重要基础支撑。文章以国家植物保护保定观测实验站为例,分析了其在建设运行中存在的问题,并提出了加大经费支持力度、加强实验站人才队伍建设、规范实验站观测监测和数据安全管理工作、加快建设实验站数据共享与联网观测机制等加强国家农业科学观测实验站建设运行的相关建议,以期为国家农业科学观测实验站运行提供参考。 The National Agricultural Science Observation and Experimental Station is an important component of China's agricultural science and technology innovation system,and an important foundation for promoting agricultural science and technology innovation.The article took the National Plant Protection Observation Station(Baoding)as an example to analyze the problems that existed in its construction and operation,and proposed relevant suggestions to strengthen the construction and operation of the National Agricultural Science Observation and Experimental Station,such as increasing funding support,enhancing the construction of talent teams in the experimental station,standardizing the observation and monitoring and data security management of the experimental station,and accelerating the construction of data sharing and networking observation mechanisms for the experimental station.The aim is to provide a reference for the operation of the National Agricultural Science Observation and Experimental Station.
