煤化工气化装置锁斗系统腐蚀与防护

摘要 随着国际原油价格的持续上升,以煤作为化工原料的工艺逐渐替代传统的石油化工工艺是一种趋势;煤化工起步晚,由于其原料的复杂性,导致腐蚀问题频发。根据装置内GE水煤浆工艺中锁斗循环系统频繁发生泄漏事件,从设备以及管线使用周期短的问题进行腐蚀分析,对锁斗循环系统的腐蚀防护、材质选用以及在线监测等方面进行全方位的优化,从而提高锁斗循环系统的使用周期,为气化装置长周期运行奠定基础。 With the continuous rise of international crude oil prices,it is a trend to gradually replace the traditional petrochemical process with coal as chemical raw material.Coal chemical industry started late,and due to the complexity of its raw materials,corrosion problems are frequent.Based on the frequent leakage events of the lock bucket circulation system in the GE coal-water slurry process in the plant,the corrosion analysis was carried out from the problem of short service life of the equipment and pipelines,and the corrosion protection,material selection and online monitoring of the lock bucket circulation system were optimized in all aspects,so as to improve the service life of the lock bucket circulation system and lay the foundation for the long-term operation of the gasification unit.
