摘要
新文科强调打破学科专业壁垒,推动学科之间的交叉融合,这一理念的提出给哲学社会科学学术研究创新注入了新鲜活力。党的建设研究是一个涵盖党务工作、党建学科、政党政治的多维阵地,政治学、马克思主义中国化、社会学、历史学等构成了其主流研究范式。但随着党的建设实践发展新问题的不断涌现,原有研究范式的解释力和适应性遭到不同程度的消解,迫切呼吁实证研究范式的出场,要求研究者承继马克思主义调查研究方法,赓续中国共产党实证研究传统,进一步完善和发展党建学科实证研究。因此,实现党建研究与党建实践的深度接轨,就必须为其提供科学的理论指导、实践的理念武装、系统的方法支撑和完善的制度保障,从而助推党的建设研究范式的田野转向。
New humanities and social sciences propose breaking down disciplinary barriers and promoting cross-disciplinary inte⁃ gration. This concept points to a new perspective for innovating academic research in philosophy and social sciences. Party-building research is a multi-dimensional field that encompasses Party affairs, Party-building disciplines and party politics. It adopts the major research paradigms in political science, research on adapting Marxism to the Chinese con⁃ text, sociology, history, etc. However, as new issues keep emerging in Party-building practices, the explanatory power and relevance of the traditional research paradigms are gradually waning. Thus, an empirical research paradigm is needed to adapt to the new context. It requires researchers to inherit the Marxist investigation and research methodologies and up⁃ hold the empirical research traditions of the CPC to further improve and develop the empirical research in the Party-building discipline. Therefore, to make Party-building research adaptable to Party-building practice, it is imperative to promote the fieldwork paradigm shift in Party-building research with scientific theoretical guidance, practical ideology, systematic methodology and sound institutional support.
