摘要
以世界技能大赛冠军为代表的高技能人才作为国家战略人才力量的重要构成要素,是提促现代化产业转型升级和塑造社会发展新动能新优势的基础支撑。世界技能大赛冠军成长的背后蕴含着特有的成长特征与规律,这对新时代高技能人才培养具有重要的带动和引领作用。新时代技能型社会建设背景下的高技能人才培养,把握成长特征是基础,遵循成长规律是前提,探索“目标引领、师徒结对、任务驱动、机制保障、竞赛支撑”的育人新机制是关键。
As an important component of the national strategic talent force,high-skilled talents repre-sented by the champion of the World Skills Competition are the basic support for promoting the transforma-tion and upgrading of modern industries and shaping the new kinetic energy and new advantages of social development.Behind the growth of the champion of the World Skills Competition,there are unique growth characteristics and laws,which play an important role in driving and leading the cultivation of high-skilled talents in the new era.Under the background of the construction of a skilled society in the new era,the culti-vation of high-skilled talents is based on grasping the characteristics of growth,and following the law of growth is the premise.It is the key to exploring the new education mechanism of“goal guidance,teacher-apprentice pairing,task driving,mechanism guarantee,and competition support”.
