摘要
新质生产力作为推动产业结构变革与技术创新的关键引擎,对实现区域经济高质量发展具有重要影响。文章基于2013—2022年中国30个省份的面板数据,实证分析了新质生产力对区域经济高质量发展的影响及作用机制。研究发现:新质生产力对区域经济高质量发展具有显著的促进作用,且这一影响存在地区及法治环境异质性。公共服务均等化能够正向调节新质生产力对区域经济高质量发展的影响。随着新质生产力水平和公共服务均等化水平的提升,新质生产力对区域经济高质量发展的正向影响呈现边际效应递增的非线性特征。
As a key engine for promoting industrial structure transformation and technological innovation,new-quality pro-ductivity has important impact on regional high-quality economic development.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2022,this paper empirically analyzes the impact and mechanism of new-quality productivity on high-quality devel-opment of regional economy.The research finds that new-quality productivity has a significant promoting effect on the high-quali-ty development of regional economy,and this impact exhibits heterogeneity in regions and legal environments.The equalization of public services can positively regulate the impact of new-quality productivity on the high-quality development of regional econo-my.With the improvement of the level of new-quality productivity and the equalization of public services,the positive impact of new-quality productivity on the high-quality development of regional economy has the nonlinear characteristics of increasing mar-ginal effect.
