茶叶中铜镁钾锰含量的不确定度评定

摘要 采用湿式消解法-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定茶叶中铜、镁、钾、锰等4种元素的含量,对测定过程中产生的不确定度分量进行了分析和评定,然后计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明,当置信概率为95%,包含因子为2时,茶叶样品中铜含量为4.423 mg/kg,其扩展不确定度为0.046 mg/kg;镁含量为1769 mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.574 mg/kg;钾含量为45819 mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为1.186 mg/kg;锰含量为638 mg/kg,其扩展不确定度为0.090 mg/kg。 The contents of Cu,Mg,K and Mn in tea were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,and the measurement uncertainty was evaluated.The uncertain components was quantified and the combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty was calculated by the mathematical formula.The results showed that when the confidence level was 95%,and the coverage factor was 2,the expanded uncertainty was 0.046 mg/kg when the content of Cu was 4.423 mg/kg;the expanded uncertainty was 0.574 mg/kg when the content of Mg was 1769 mg/kg;the expanded uncertainty was 1.186 mg/kg when the content of K was 45819 mg/kg;the expanded uncertainty was 0.090 mg/kg when the content of Mn was 638 mg/kg.
